- You will join a dedicated and high-achieving team of Business, Finance, and Economics specialists.

About the role
You will:
- Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that engage and challenge students
- Plan lessons that build on prior attainment and support all learners to succeed
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teaching
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental success
- Create a positive, structured learning environment with high expectations
- Play a full role in academy life and uphold the Oasis ethos
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies
- Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Uses data effectively to support student progress
- Is a reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
- Shares our commitment to inclusion, high expectations, and student wellbeing
